South Downs Fighter Practice – Choose Heavy or Rapier

When
Fighter practices are held, weather permitting, every Sunday at noon. Live weapons/archery practice is held jointly with Shire of Owl’s Nest once a month on Sundays.
Where
The new Sunday practice location for both heavy and rapier is:
Liane Levetan Park at Brook Run. The address for where we practice is: Cresent Circle, Dunwoody GA 30338. If your GPS cannot find that, the front of the park is at: 4770 N Peachtree Rd, Dunwoody GA 30338
Live weapons/archery practice is held jointly with Shire of Owl’s Nest once a month on Sundays. As of this writing, the next few live weapons practices will be held on: 1/19/2020, 2/23/2020, 3/29/2020, 4/19/2020 and 5/3/2020. Official SCA practices can only be held if a Warranted Marshal is present. Schedules are subject to change due to unsafe field conditions (at the Marshal’s discretion) or logistical overlaps with other events. Watch this page or the Facebook group “Atlanta SCA Fighting” for updates.
